Unlike most other consultants, I have built-up and run my own successful multi-million-pound turnover full service agency. I’ve collaborated at a board room level for most of my career and love the idea of testing the status quo. Uniquely I’ve worked on both sides of the relationship, agency and client side learning a great deal about client expectation and why agencies can lose sight of the commercial needs of a company.
